CEO + Owner
Delvina Diggs, a devoted entrepreneur, celebrated author, and fervent African American activist, is
dedicated to revitalizing her city and uplifting the upcoming generation through purposeful endeavors. In
2023, she founded SIBS, an acronym for Success Is Black Skin, a family-owned enterprise. SIBS, a proudly
black-owned company, is driven by a mission to foster generational prosperity, cultivate leadership, and
promote self-reliance within the Black community. Through avenues for entrepreneurship and financial
autonomy, SIBS aims to empower individuals to shape their own destinies and build a brighter future.
CEO + Owner
Renee' Dixon, a licensed cosmetologist since 2019, has undergone comprehensive training and holds a
cosmetology license, showcasing a diverse array of qualifications. Proficient in hair and beauty
techniques, she excels in haircuts, styling, and coloring, with a specialized focus on Luxury Healthy Hair
Care. Additionally, Renee' possesses extensive knowledge of beauty products, tools, and equipment,
enabling her to offer personalized recommendations to clients. With strong interpersonal skills, including
active listening and providing professional advice, she builds rapport, instills trust, and ensures client
satisfaction. Renee' is committed to delivering top-tier, professional luxury haircare services.

In December 2023, Renee' and Delvina joined forces to establish SIBS Suites, driven by a divine plan.
Their vision culminated in the launch of SIBS Suites in March 2024, marking a remarkable and rapid
breakthrough.
